Heights 只是地名，属于LA County，不是独立市。不过这几个地方有些区域的Zipcode

借用city of industry 的business address
但是哈岗和罗兰刚不是city of industry
的确互相交错倒是了。city of industry是个很大的official居民好像只有几百的仓库
为主的工业城市

超高。不过貌似风头过去了，bell被抓了，别的没人提了
venon好像居民人口更少，official居民才几十人

Insudtry其实很大的，沿着60号，西到605，东到 57,都是其所辖。
只有靠近57附近老中比较多，605那里应该是老墨比较多。

据说unincorporated area是属于大家都不管的地方，开公司，
租warehouse什么的很省事。
