Mr. Ed Hennadez initiated SCA5 (aka SKIN-COLOR-ACT 5). By doing so, he
actually implies that Hispanic American population is academically inferior
to other races. He proposed to use Skin Color to COMPENSATE their lower
academic performance. His label for Hispanic American people ---
academically lower rank --- is a racial insulting to Hispanic American
people. Mr. Ed Hennadez himself is actually the biggest RACIST against his
own Hispanic Mexican people.
