September program, but essays that closely adhere to the "official"
subject matter are still relatively few despite the total number of
entries submitted. So let me take this opportunity to reiterate the
subject requirement again:
“征文内容，可以是曾经活跃于本版的某ID，也可以在本版两年历程中摘取
某个大小‘事件’、某篇令阁下印象深刻的文章。”
Since the beginning of this program, the Supreme Committee has
excluded several entries that we could not hook onto that theme
no matter how hard we try, including a serious of beautiful prose
by Yeatsinlove, but has also allowed a large body of "Yeahpussy-
style" poetry on various subjects just for the fun of it. From now
on, the Committee will be enforcing the subject requirement more
strictly than before, so that this essay-writing event, intended as
a nostalgic review of Board history, would not get completely off-
track. In other words, lets stick to the topic on hand, and no more
edge balls!
Of course, "Yeahpussy-style" or whoever-else-style poetry will
continue to be welcome, and good works will be rewarded as
usual. It is just that unless the subject matter adheres to the
pre-established theme, such works will no longer to included
as official entries in the September program. So, let us focus on
the glory and splendor of our past civilization, and continue to
crank out some wonderful pieces of nostalgia! | o******g
