Multiple PhD student opportunities are available with full financial support
in Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Wisconsin,
Milwaukee.
The students will work on the projects of energy efficiency and productivity
improvement for manufacturing companies （in collaborations with many
manufacturing companies，internships are available).
The students will be joining in Dr.Yuan's group, and affiliated with the
newly established DOE Industrial Assessment Center at UWM.

Requirements for the applicants:
1. M.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/Materials
/Electrical, etc.)
2. Good GRE and TOEFL scores
3. Practical working experience in manufacturing industry is strongly
preferred.
4. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
5. Self-motivated and detail-orientated.
Transferring students are especially welcome. Can start in January 2012.
