发帖数: 19 | 1 I am trying to use the internal mixer to make nylon 6 composites. but when I
trying to just mix nylon 6 in the mixer, it did not degrade, after I open the
chamber, it turns to yellow very fast, which indicates that the nylon
degrades.
I applied 230 C temperture and 60rpm rotation speed. anybody have experience
in nylon 6 processing? how to prevent its degradation. ( it is kind of
difficult for me to apply Nirogen gas on that mixer)

box with Nitrogen in? it is hard to apply because the mixer designed for

processing temperature. otherwise I can not take the nylon 6 off the rotors!:)

我不知道你的机器具体是什么样子的，要改造还要自己想办法。能不能用个大袋子罩
起来，或用氮气管对着喷？
最好还是看别的地方有好用的机器借用一下，以前我用的一种韩国产的机器，密炼机
和挤出机连在一起，混合完之后就从挤出机挤出，然后水下冷却切粒，方便的很，不过听
说要上百万RMB。
不过我觉得高分子在这么高的温度下不氧化降解是不可能的，要看对性能有多大的影
响。可能外观会变黄，很多情况都是这样，以前我做热塑弹性体要做到无色也很困难。只
要对性能影响不大也就可以了

I used internal mixer from Haake. it is not a good one. don't buy it anymore. too difficult to modify it:(
I tried to apply Nitrogen on it but it will cool down the nylon and make it difficult to take nylon 6 off rotors :(
what 防老剂 do you suggest me to use? thanks!
