Now I got one source for standard calculation,
it is Colby's thesis. Ordered that. Need to wait. :(

I think you need to calibrate the tickness of film when you use IR to
determine the percentage of trans or cis.

I don't know if i need to calibrate the thickness of the film
because, you know, there are only 1,2- and 1,4, and there are
only trans- and cis- in 1,4. I just need to put the intergrated
peak area together to be 1, then I can get the fraction of each,
right?
