她犯的错误已经超出了自由言论的范畴。
她选择了非常恶劣的带有挑衅的态度公然挑衅集体民众。
要知道就算在其他西方国家，一个人也绝对不可以将带有如此明显的挑衅性质的言论公
开发表的，这不是言论自由，这是严重的侵犯他人利益。
让我打个比方，就好比楼主屁股上长了个痔疮，于是我跑到网上去录了一段视频，详细
描述了楼主痔疮的位置，楼主痛苦的表情，并声色并茂地加以恶意模仿和嘲笑。从言论
自由的角度来说，至少以某些人定义的言论自由来说，我有发表这些看法的权利，但问
题在于，我深深的伤害了楼主，楼主因为我的言语受到了极大的心灵创伤，这是严重的
侵犯罪。
现在的事实是这个小姑娘通过自己的言语极大地侵犯了广大受灾群众以及更广大的关心
灾区人民的百姓，难道我们不应该抓她吗？在法制更加健全的西方，这个小姑娘也许会
更加麻烦。
想象一下西方媒体前些阵子是怎么对待我们的，按照那些言论自由人事的逻辑，我们一
味地要求人家道歉是不对的，难道不是吗？ |

has no such way to keep one in prison. Moreover, if it is not criminal or
should not be prosecuted, a plantiff should bring an action - a person or a
group who claim to be hurt by her.
Honestly, it is prosecution if government (Police) takes her into custody.
It is still considered a crime - just misdemeaner not felony. No prison time
should be imposed if it is only civil action - e.g. I can't ask police to
put you into

Compared to US, "Civil-Law" system is special.

她暂时还是留在监狱，对她的个人安全和心理健康比较有好处了 |
