Agreement.文件上要求抽3.5 %佣金, 没写返还 0.8%. 同时说如果取消该合同
，120天内如用其他中介买房,还要付 Home Selling Assistance Realty 佣金. 当时像
吃了一只苍蝇,非常气愤. 经和她本人和她经纪公司交涉去除120天限制(原因是佣金不
符, 合同没有解释,没得我太太同意，代她签字),
无果。
现准备找 Maryland Real Estate Commission.

need wait 120 days for it to be effective. Within these 120 days, if I use
another agent to buy a house, I still need to pay her the commission.

发帖数: 575 | 6 nothing you can do since you signed the form, which is leagal document. In
most cases she will not follow up if you buy or not.
always remember: read before you sign.
