Whole house will be shared with one other person (myself) and my parents
occasionally. House is located in the Amberfield neighborhood at the
intersection of Muddy Branch and Great Seneca. Only 3 minutes walk to the
community pool, tennis courts, and bus lines. Great location if your work in
Gaithersburg, Rockville, Germantown, or anywhere along 270 or the ICC. Move
in date is August 1st, 2015.
-Room is 150 sqft with 2 windows and 200 sqft private living room.
-Full bath located in basement.
-Private entrance in the rear of the house.
-Closet and storage space available for use in the basement.
-Washer and Dryer available for use on basement floor.
-Great location, 5 minutes from I-270, the ICC, Rio, Kentlands, Crown, NIST
and Mediummune, 10 minutes to Shady Grove Metro.
-Shopping center is walking distance from the house. It has a Giant,
cleaners, restaurants, and starbucks.
-Ride on Bus Route 76 goes directly to Shady Grove Metro, only takes 9
minutes via Bus. Bus stop is located at entrance to neighborhood.
-Access and walking distance to community pool and tennis courts.
-Parking on driveway and there are street spots available. Parking is
unassigned.
-Can do 6 or 12-month lease and must give 1 month notice prior to moving out.
