the recommendation of the Programme Committee and have accepted the
invitation.
The speakers are listed in alphabetical order in each section. In the case
of speakers invited in two different sections, the names figure in the
alphabetical list in the section which they have chosen as primary; their
names are also given in the other section but as additions to the
alphabetical list.
