student of Ambrose. My impression is that the treatment in both books of
materials such as the exp map and Jacobi fields has the pattern and style
copyrighted by their advisor all over. Similar genre can also be found in
yet another book of broader scope by Bishop and Crittenden, both of who were
raised in the Ambrose-Singer school of geometry in the booming period.
I do wish to credit Wu's painstaking efforts in enunciating k |

有兴趣看看《全景黎曼几何》里面内容很多。
如果做几何分析，看丘成桐和孙查理的吧。 |
