C.R. Acad. Sci. 是不是专门发表简讯的刊物？我感觉这篇文章的结果虽然很好，但是
也不见得到非常重要的地步。作者有必要在完成完整的预印本之前将近3 年就通报结果
吗？这是学界比较流行的习惯，还是特例？ | j******w

The articles published are short, original notes describing briefly an
important discovery, or a new result. These can be in either English or in
French, with an abstract in both languages. An abridged version of the main
text in the second language may also be included.
数学的论文发表周期一般比较长，因此有些杂志是专门用于先行快速发表删节版，允许
在其他杂志上再发足本的。
一般来说比较能引起不少人的兴趣的结果才值得用这种形式发表。
当然这种形式发表的文章是有风险的。因为对这种快速发表的证明一般来说都不仔细检
验，最终错误的概率还是不小的。所以能以这种形式发文章的作者一般都是比较有信用
的。
