记混得，确实有很多不懂的题。LD说了，82就82。俄的神阿，太差劲了八。我错了很多
脑子的图和分子生物，这些FA上没有，Kaplan也找不到，该如何改进他们呢？对不起我
问题这么多，可是我错的都不止这些。请大虾们帮帮忙！要不是我妈在，今天就大哭一
顿了。sigh... UW第一遍50%，第二遍80%，goljan audio两遍，rapid review 1便，
kaplan notes 1bian, kaplan DVD 1bian,FA看了无数遍，还这么惨，前所未闻。叩谢
。。。

发帖数: 174 | 2 脑干图在Kpalan notes上其实有的，还有一些MRI在解剖最后一章也有几个，不行就找
HY neuronantomy补补，或者netter‘s 。
看FAFAFA，把NBME错的地方在FA上好好贯通一下，还有UW的错题
现在再过notes或者DVD感觉效率不好，
最后一个月还是抓弱项吧，把弱项变成中等性价比高，要把中等变强项就难了

发帖数: 473 | 3 谢谢火鸟，我说得语无伦次，kaplan notes and DVD是先看的，后来再没看过。HY
neuroanatomy也看了，就是看不到NBME上的题。UW错题也作了，等于第三遍，也是80%
。FA看了N遍，大家不觉得NBME上很多题FA上根本没有吗？还是我有问题？
anyway 希望有做过这套题还有印象的人能帮我答疑。

excretion is the primary mechanism and increased plasma volume suppressed
renin release. But I remember there is 1 NBME Q asks about renin in
hypertension and the answer is renin, AgII, aldosterone all high. Which one
is right? Thanks!
please consider helping me with the above NBME Qs, I already searched and
not each Q is discussed on forums. Even if you can answer only one, that
would be great.; |

% patients with HTN have normal renin level.
The mechanism of HTN is multiple and associated with a lot of hypotheses.
When answering a question, first try to get the idea what is really being
asked.

because the tarchycardia was induced by exercise and stress which means the
increased sympathetic activity, among all those drugs, only Propranolo can
block sypathetic activiy. in this case, mainly beta 1 activity. |
