Health care facilities are subjected to inspection and a series of
regulatory requirements, such as business plan, office space, medical facilities
, staff, and book keeping.
Even if you could get an initial license but it's not renewable due to these
violations:
- Misrepresentation or falsification of any information on application forms
or other documents provided to the licensing authority;
- Failure to provide the required care and services as outlined by these
