who will be more critical in making the final decision, vice chair vs. PD?
I am trying to establish some connection for the 2012 match. I probably will
be having chance to collaborate with either the vice chair or the PD. Who
you think I should pick.

In addition, u need understand, if u chose one side, whether u can do the
job and do it well and make it productive to earn the credit and get support
from either VC or PD u chosed!
