如果把reference interval 作为正常值范围看的话其实 A, C, D 都是对的。

electrophoresis结果抛开不管了。
A hemoglobin electrophoresis reveals that the male has no HbS, but the

问题是母亲肯定是有Mutated gene的， 根本不需要再按community carrier rate来算
了。
有个问题，sickle cell trait 做hemoglobin electrophoresis 那个HbS 是一定会显

结果的Reference Interval，它增大后也就是更多的值被认为是阳性。Sensitivity和
False-Positive Results 都 increase。
Q2不知道怎么回事，题目有误吧大概，根本没考虑母亲的electrophoresis结果；我同
意楼主，应该是几乎为0。 |
