to exclude disease and no antibiotics are needed.
On MTB3 p10, it says if the rapid strep test is negative in an adult, no
further testing or tretment with antibiotics is necessary. But how about in
children? have to do a throat culture??? why not go directly antibiotics?

For soar throat: 1st step ---RST,if negative ,still need culture to
rule out
Strep because strep is too dangerous. (kidney disease...lalala...)
