1 是 以 申 请 人 的 喜 好 来 排 吧 ， 例 如 知 道 某 个 program不 会把我排的
靠前， 但 因 为 喜 欢 也 应 该 排 在 第 一 位。
2 如 果猜 测对 方可 能不会rank我，我能 否把他放在靠 前的位 置？
3 对 于机 会较 大的program，如 果排 在后边会有 什 么不 好的影 响吗？如 果进
了program，会被知道吗？
4 如 果同 时申 请两 个专 业，是不 是也只排到一 个list里.
5 没被邀 请的program, 如 果感兴 趣，可否排上，利 于scramble

Yes. The one you ranked the highest has the priority. For example, you went
to programs A and B, you like A, but program B rank you #5, A rank you #30.
You still rank A then B,as you could not get in A, you still at the top of B
, different from Chinese college entrance exam.
Same reason as above, won't hurt.
No. The information is protected.
Yes
Won't have any benifit. Scramble is a complete different game.
