However, amiodarone increases warfarin effect instead of reducing its anti-
coagulation action. Then, why her angina pectoris was well controlled
initially but the recurrence of chest pain now results in her
hospitalization again this time?
a) a p450 inhibitor
b) increase risk of bleeding in combination with warfarin
c) metabolized by p450 but it's effect depends on individuals
d) metabolized by 2E1 and 1A2 of p450
e) p450 inhbitor
f) p450 inhibitor
g) 2B6 of p450 inducer therefore will reduce warfarin action
h) p450 inhibitor
i) no known interaction with p450.
