practicelink.com (their q 3monthly journal is very good, when you register
to the site, you will get free journals, there are tons of tips and advises
there).
MDlinx, health ejobs, indeed, careerbuilder,Medicorp
JCO, NEJM,(for academic positions)
There are other tons of websites. I don't remember now.
Try to post your resume in some on some of the websites, and then you will
know what to do next because everyday you will receive so many emails.
Recruiters: Actually, I find only the recruiters who are hired by medical
centers are useful. When they see your resume somewhere and screen it, they
will call you if they think you will be a fit, and then after the phone call
, they will set up a phone interview with the hiring person.
Looking for Academic jobs is another story. Academic jobs are not usually
advertised, even if the jobs are advertised, connections are needed to get
your resume reviewed by some important person. |
