钳子强大，但是钳子是干不了改锥的活的。
大家各有所爱我能理解，就像有的人开车赶路，有的人要越野，有的人就是纯玩车，啥
车好当然想法不一样。海钓的牛牛如果说once go conventional，you will be save.
我也能理解。
然则这个坛子新手众多，潜水新手也多，（虽然这帮子家伙看贴不回帖非常可恶，）
给他们一个开放的视界和多元的信息还是很必要的。

样１段段感情随着１年年的堆积，就养成了我怕过秋天，特别是秋末冷风吹起，漫天的

郁了一下, 还是怀着侥幸心理选择了无人位子. 结果黑朋友们源源不断的上来, 一个黑
妞就坐我旁边了. 心里多少对黑人有些排斥感, 于是闭上眼睛假装睡觉. 不一会,黑MM
戳戳我说, 要我帮她把电脑接上电源. 迷迷糊糊的我, 突然眼前一亮,原来是mac唉. 看
到我的眼睛发直, 黑MM积极友好的向我展示她的MAC, 比如有个按键可以切换应用啊,

发帖数: 765 | 34 2008年夏天的一个下午，刚从派克峰（Pikes Peak）下来，我们一行十几人在落基山中的一个小镇散漫地闲逛。朋友们都是那几天刚刚才认识，天蓝，小猪，水儿，大坏狼，美白，胖胖，花花，pp，wenzi，老余，CheeseCake，等等那时候都还只是普通的网上代号，不过一起在大山中同吃共住同车共游了三天，彼此好像都有了点老朋友般的亲厚。曼尼托斯普林斯（Manito Springs）是典型的落基山中小镇，狭长的山谷里，沿一条潺潺的小溪数十家各具风格的特色小店组成小小的主街，我们漫无目的地进进出出，在一家玻璃制品小作坊里观摩师傅现场吹制出一个个很艺术的漂亮小瓶，在另一家冷饮小店买各种搭配的冰淇淋去诱惑可爱的乐乐小姑娘。科罗拉多的阳光像传说中一样透明却充满力量，虽然已近傍晚，裸露的肌肤仍然能感受那种温暖的灼痛，清凉的落基山风却又让人全无暑意，是一种奇妙的混合，所以我们每个人都很精神地慵懒着，然后跨过一座小桥，有点惊喜地发现无意步入了一个露天小剧场。

there are two phrases behind two capsules, 1) once or twice
2) daily.
we know 'daily' modifies 'once or twice'

半年多的inpatient care，两个月oncology，Q2 call (not overnight);
3个月的BMT，leukemia，病人非常多，非常重，病房是ICU配置.
Support system也有待提高，像是给refer来的病人的PMD打电话、要病例、自己病人
refill meds等事情很多事情还是要自己处理。因为忙，所以看书时间少。

Hem/Onc fellow in inpatient Hem/Onc floor = 1st year intern/4th yr med
student.
3个月的BMT! That is too much if you don't go to Hematology eventually. The
mortality of BMT (allo) is 15-20% (not from leukemia or MM). I want to say

never had pocket hem/onc book. Most of time, just check uptodate. For
medicine, MGH pocket book, Washington Mann are good as you alreday know.

3K在bob所在的公司混了一年什么没干就走人，bob这个推荐人当初应该是蛮尴尬的。
等到后来3K把bob，look等人倾尽心血建起来的，以自由民主平等为宗旨的海外学子交
流平台买买提，变成他个人的聚宝盆和投名状。所托非人，bob和look大概后悔得肠子
也青了。
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. 被一个自己一心提挈的
后生玩弄于鼓掌之中，最后还被人猫哭耗子假惺惺一把，Bod在最后的时光如果想到了

昨日，半决赛之夜，盘踞在电视机前。朋友笑我，落地生根的电视儿童，这样看你
，掉进一个人的世界就神圣专注。可是，真从没见过比你更爱吉他的人，搁置在琴弦上
的手，好象生来长在彼处。
舞台上，你时时附身，闭着眼就这样唱，歌里没有光，却带我走进年少时光：
我想起谁人初出茅庐第一月工资仅足百元，牵我手去初见的地方点两份甜品纪念，
