fatigue for past 7 weeks. She admit to difficult falling asleep ,a poor
appetite
with a 10-16 weight loss and thoughts of wanting to die .She
admits to have had this symptom similar to these several occasions in
the past , but "never this bad" her medical problem include asthma and a
high cholesterol,she uses an 12 albuterol inhaler only as necessary.which
