JUNE
Start researching programs of interest. You can go to the ACGME website for
program information or conduct an Internet search of training institutions
and ERAS participating specialties and programs.
Review the eligibility requirements for participating in ERAS, the NRMP
Match, and for U.S. state medical licensure.
JUNE 21
Residency Tokens are expected to become available. Obtain your ERAS Token in
the ERAS Support Services section of ECFMG’s OASIS.
Register with your Token at AAMC’s MyERAS website. Once you have registered
, start submitting your supporting documents. See Submission At-a-Glance for
information on methods for submitting ERAS documents and the associated
processing times.
Start approaching your letter writers to secure letters of recommendation;
documents should be uploaded no later than September 1 in order to be
transmitted to programs on
September 15.
SEPTEMBER 6
At 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time in the United States, on September 6, you can
start using the MyERAS website to transmit your MyERAS application,
supporting documents, and Personal Statement(s) to residency programs.
Programs will not have access to applications until September 15 at 9:00 a.m

through September 15 will appear to programs as being submitted on

措施。
各位申请的同学，推荐信最好近几天就到位，ERAS审核处理的会越来越慢，恐怕要预计
给他们两周时间来release 推荐信

交的申
请会获得同样的Stamp，注明是9月15号的邮件。
9月15号，各个项目的端口会被打开，各个项目就开始筛选符合标准的申请者了。

如果已经交了钱，PS已经贴给各个项目后，好像就是贴上去的稿件了。
之后在ERAS 显示可以随时修改，其实再修改的PS没有在项目那里更新。

面试季是落下帷幕了，Rank order list 要在

虽然理论上，排Rank list 是主要考虑自己的喜好，
想提醒大家的是，
为什么有前辈只有一个面试就能Match 上， 可有同学有6个面试还Match 不上呢？
当然很多因素在里面，
但是肯定的是，只有一个面试的，肯定是把该项目列为第一个，因为是唯一。
在Match 计算时，是第一批被计算的，
因为Match 是最尊重申请者的意见。
当然，当你把一个项目列在第六位时，Match 计算时，你就是第六批，甚至是第n 批被
计算的。
个人认为，Package 等各个方面很强的牛人，可以象美国应届毕业生一样潇洒。
如果稍有犹豫的，一定要精心考虑Rank list.
有内线，有可能打探消息的，还是要费费心思。
通常，如果项目对一个申请者感兴趣，会有暗示的。就像谈恋爱~~~ |

program rank 第一，但只要这个program rank 甲 before 乙，那仍然是甲得到这个位

发帖数: 209 | 25 按照matching的理论，系统是尊重双方意愿的。但是说起来有点复杂，我试着表达一下
。假设pg是P，我们是C，那么理论上的match过程是这样的：
1. 对于P，系统根据他的list，按照从高到低的顺序，去搜索名单上的每一个
candidate，如果排在靠前的candidate也rank P了，在他们未被其他higher listed pg
录取的前提下，那么这些人就被录取了。
2. 对于C，系统根据他的list，按照从高到低的顺序，去搜索名单上每一个pg，如果排
在靠前的pg也rank c了，在pg没有招到足够higher listed candidates的前提下，那么
医院就录取他了。
至于复杂的计算过程，计算机代劳了，确保按照程序很快计算出结果，此处可以忽略。
简单来说，医院总是录取他们名单上排名靠前的candidates，除非某些candidates把这
家医院rank足够低了，但是只要有人rank这家医院，医院总是能够招满；candidates总
是被他们名单上排名靠前的hospital录取，除非某些hospital把他rank足够低了，但是
只要有hospital rank他足够高，他总是能够被录取。
总结一下，hospitals有没有rank你足够高，决定了你今年能否被录取；你的rank list
顺序，从高到低，决定了你最终会去哪里。
最后记住结论吧，如果你的rank list按照你的喜好来列，你就能够尽可能进入你心仪
的项目。
所以，我完全同意楼上的说法，但是这里是有一个前提，就是甲没有被他list上靠前的
pg录取，那么甲一定优先于乙拿到这个offer。反过来看，只要pg rank甲足够高，甲把
这个pg排第几，都是不重要的，结果一样，因为甲名单上的其他医院都没有rank他（或

越过龙门之后，
依然是同一条鲤鱼，
改变的是，遨游的江河更大了，更自由了。
但是，
各种挑战也就更多，更大了。
