-1. Canada
0. www.drugstore.com
1. 家庭开的pharmacy
2. Warehouse，像Sam's club
3. Wargreen/Rite aid/walmart/Grocery store
4. CVS
需要说明的是，这不是绝对的，只能是大概， 大家有什么异议，欢迎提出来。
今天看一个病人，自费买在CVS是165一个月，我说到Sam's试试，结果只要30，她高兴
得不行，马上买了个membership。
btw： 我声明我没买walmart的股票， lol |

$4 program.
I sometimes ask my pt to go to Costco to get Chantix for smoke cessation. |

applies to other stores like Target. They have to make money on other meds
which are expensive. |

groceries and other non-medical stuff the customers buy, but even those
stuff are often more expensive at CVS.

so when treating certain diseases like epilepsy, be cautious to switch from
brand to generic. A car accident could be a disaster.

has insurance). |

walmart is no charity and it makes no money on 4 dollar prescriptions.
Without selling high profit drugs, there is no room for 4 dollars drugs. In
other words, this is another invisible tranfer of wealth to poverty. :)

MI or CVA for those pts, we should pay for it other than pay for their
hospitalization later.
