医生。现在我们都怕怕，最担心每天12小时的当班万一出点啥事，他们抱团赖到小中身

both my colleague and also my boss. Very bossy, always wants me to ask her
when I am on service. Since she never write down her opinion and if I make
mistake after following her "recommendation", I am in serious trouble. When
I didn't listen to her, you can image the tension built between us. I am
glad that I had an excuse to leave. Talk to the previous doctors who used to
work with your future colleague and get some idea of why they leave and how
long they worked in that place. |
