发帖数: 40 | 1 Guess it is Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). There is no known cure of this
lupus in USA. If kidneys are already involved, it is at pretty severe
stage..... Patient might need dialysis (tou4 xi1), or even kidney transplant.
For meds, corticosteroids are prescribed to supress the immune system.
Methotrexate, cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan), azathioprine (Imuran), etc. But
those meds can lead to many side effects, too, because they will make the
patient vulnerable to get infected. |
