based on the echocardiogram, it's quite unremarkable, i wouldn't worry too
much about the trace mitral regurg,
i'm not sure about the ECG though, depends on your age,
many healthy young adults have a very slight ST elevation, which is normal
and occurs mostly in pre-cordial leads from V1 to V6,
to my poorly trained eyes you have some very subtle ST changes and maybe
elevations but not significant enough,
and i don't know what happened at lead V3, if that's poor repolarization or
what;

know you are an expert in this field. you know so much detail about ECG.
I'm male and 45 years old. I don't have any uncomfortable.This ECG just took
in my annual check-up. Please help me to let a cardiologist take a look at
my ECG.

i'm really not an expert at all and most of the itme i just read what
machine reads,
anyway, he said that the waves in lead V3 is probably artifact though he
doesn't know why is not in other leads as well, and as of the lead V1, he
didn't think it's a pathological q wave, he thinks it's probably a normal
variant of rSr', and he didn't think there is any significant ST elevation,
overall he thinks it's a pretty normal ECG,
