depends on the kidney stone composition, for instance, calcium oxalate
stones often related to high calcium/vitD diet,struvite stones are related
to urinary tract infections, uric acid stones are related to high protein
diet and gout,
i don't think there is any better medications, generally speaking, low
calcium diet, plenty of fluid and adequate exercise, treat infection, treat
gout, make sure there is no parathyroid disease(sometimes it can cause high
serum clacium level),
