今年8月开始持续发烧 拉癞痢有暗红色血块和脓~~
9月初 输血小板和血红蛋白 不发烧不拉痢疾了
9月13号 又大便出血 是鲜红色血片 没有脓！！诊断为直肠出血
现在再吃叫ciclosporin soft capsules中文叫环孢素
这个病接下来怎吗办呢，国内医生的意思是，看病人抵抗力，重要的是她自己抗得住，
外在的都是辅助手段~~
这么听起来好像是听天由命一样了，大家对这个病了解么，有什么建议想法尽管说啊 | f******I

is ciclosporin the same as cyclosporine?
for aplastic anemia, assume she is more than 55 years old, treatment would
be anti-thymocyte globulin plus or minus cyclosporine,
or you could try cytoxan,
once you achieve remission then can consider marrow transplant which would
be curative,
if you plan to get transplant later would need to try to minimize
transfusion,
if not able to reach remission the mortality i think is about 60 to 70%
witinin a year,

谢谢阿，这句不是很懂啊，treatment would
腺细胞血球蛋白或者少量的环孢霉素么？她妈50岁左右，不到55岁。
为什么说缓解以后开始考虑移植呢？是不是因为体质太差的话是无法接受移植手术的？
如果稍后打算移植的话，现在要减少输血？是因为输血会增加以后排斥反应的几率是么？
从来没有接触过这些医学术语，很多问题，麻烦了，谢谢回答。

aplastic anemia is a type of marrow failure, bone marrow is where the blood
is produced, so patient would have low white cell, low red cell, and low
platelet count, and respectively patient would be vunerable to get
infections, fatigue, and easy bleeding;
it is diagnosed by bone marrow exam, depends on the severity of how low the
marrow cellularity is, if it's severe aplastic anemia, most of them die
within a year if not treated, and also older the patient's age worse the
prognosis,
