急诊(ER),医疗费加起来都接近一万了.我想问问好心人,一定要去急诊(ER)打静脉注射
吗? 有没有别的途径?急诊(ER) 医疗费用实在太贵,而且每次去也只是打静脉注射(IV)
而已.如果不用去急诊,就能打静脉注射,就好了.

you don't have a diagnosis so i don't know why she needs IV and what kind of
medicine is she getting through IV or it's just IV fluid,
i would avoid Er visit if i could, don't have much faith in the Er docs,

发帖数: 9 | 3 Yeah, I am trying to avoid ER visits. I rather take her to see some clinic
doctor, then get IV. They just give her plain IV (IV fluid). One time, she
got medicine, but it is for calming her down. I think plain IV fluid will
just work. But I do not know where to get it other than ER. :(
I took her to Urgent care last time, but they do not have IV either. We
ended up went to ER. :(
Any suggestions.

you have to know what is the diagnosis, the ER doctor should tell you guys
that,
because of the lack of primary care doctors, ER and urgent care have been
overwhelmed, i doubt if the er doctor actually spent any significant amount
of time with you and explain everything,
use your own best judgement, get your mom a good primary care physician who
is willing to sit down and listen, find out what is the problem, make up a
plan a, and plan b and go from there,
