list of websites about deadly side effects of fluoroquinolones, you may not
still believe fluoroquinolones are safe. Many "doctors" think they are safe
but their victims think they are deadly.

即使有严重的毒副作用也不归医生负责,而是药厂的责任,也有FDA的监管责任。所以
因为副作用告医生是没有用的。

growing:

Why have they been banned / withdrawn if they are safe? Cipro and Levaquin
have earned Black Box Warning from FDA, which is the most serious warning
that a safe drug will never earn.

unlikely case of going to trial, jurors and most witnesses are likely to
share these views too. |

can believe your number without reference?
And you did not answer one of my question: Can a safe drug earn a Black Box
Warning as Cipro and Levaquin did?
I believe that Cipro will be banned in a few years.
I am not against you but your opinion.

I think you are "losing your logic". If there was only one case of tendon
rupture or tendonitis during last 12 years, will Cipro earn the black box
warning?
Cipro is a powerful drug and it should be used as last resort. For me, I
will never take it again unless I am on a death bed and exhaust other
options.
I am not so naive anymore to trust the OFFICIAL number given by FDA or drug

m****g 发帖数: 118 | 7 I know I may not have a chance. However, this will never change my opinion:
It was not a good practice for my doctor to give me such powerful and toxic
drug for a not-so-bad diarrhea without trying any other safer yet equally
effective drugs.

g*****j 发帖数: 1211 | 8 I am sorry for your experience.
I agree with you that antibiotics is often not needed for diarrhea. It is a
old practice to give patients antibiotics when they present with diarrhea.
Actually fluoquinolone is extremely widely used for diarrhea in China. 诺
氟沙星 is a common medicine in the family drug box.
However, I don't think you should sue your doctor, simply because you don't
have a chance. This is not a case of doctor negligence, but rather a rare
case of adverse effect.
