really nonsense. Just go to CVS, get some smaller bottles and give them a

Vitamin D and Calcium usually comes in one tablet. Make sure that you have

recommended daily value. current guideline is 400 iu for both kids and
adults. in winter months, double, triple or quadruple of this 400iu is all
