秒一次。站着疼，坐着也疼，奇诡的是睡在床上平躺着疼，但右侧卧和左侧卧都不怎么

Exactly, I have seen pts with sinus infection who also complained sudden
headache when moving head backwards.

但我并没有感冒症状，也没有nasal discharge.
好像跟姿势有关，但我先试一下tylenols
