我有严重的牙周病，医生说要做深洗，骨移植 （bone graft）。共分4次作，左上，左
下，右上，右下。我做完了深洗，没什么大问题，然后做了左下和右上的骨移植，结果
这两部分的牙变得非常松动，医生说可能要拔掉松动的利害的牙，然后建议我植牙。
我也借机问问我是不是遇到了庸医，为什么做完骨移植的手术后牙齿松动的厉害， 我
余下的左上和右下还要做吗？ |

发帖数: 4445 | 3 1. Did you follow all the dentist's aftercare suggestions (e.g.
prescription rinse, not chewing using the area)?
2. It's possible for bone grafts to fail, and it may be impossible to tell
beforehand. If you doubt the dentist, get a second opinion though.
3. Look into other options. Check that there is still enough bone for
implants without successful grafting. The alternative would be denture or
bridge. These are cheaper but have drawbacks (less comfortable, modifying
health teeth, and less permanent).

发帖数: 4 | 4 Yes, I did follow the dentist's suggestions after bone graft. This is the
second time of my bone graft, so I know the following the suggestions are
importmant. I will do another x ray half year later to see the structure of
the bone. I hope those teech can stay more years.

发帖数: 11537 | 6 It's normal for the tooth to be loose after deep cleaning and bone graft.
Try not to use them. Let dentist clean your teeth every 3 months. It will
get better after 6-12 month.

Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser

Once per day before bedtime. Use low pressure setting first. It may hurt a
bit at beginning, but your gum will firm up in matter of weeks.
Personally, I know quite a few people who had bleeding gum saw good
improvement of gum health after using it for a week or two.
