牙医说我智齿长歪了，在周围形成很难清洗到的地方，会滋生细菌，推荐我把四颗智齿
同时拔掉还要做bone graft。 在保险cover一部分后，自己还要付一千多刀。我想请问
一下，
（1）是四颗智齿同时拔掉，还是分两次做，一次拔同一边的两颗
（2）Bone graft 到底有没有必要做。

我做bone graft，说是保护前面的两颗牙的root。但bone graft要将近$800，而且保险
不cover。我担心是不是牙医想多charge钱才推荐我做的。另外，牙医说这个技术用的
材料是别人donnate的牙齿做成的，所以不知道bone graft有没有什么副作用？

可以。我尝试过两次。第一年失败了。第二年2/3的嫁接枝成活了。

我是用cleft.

嫁接枝是在没出芽时剪下。我第二年是在芽苞变绿变大将要出叶子时嫁接的。第一
年嫁接的太早。嫁接枝是用盖碗的薄膜wrap, 嫁接处扎紧，抹上graft sealer. |

Whichever way you want. Some ppl prefer two visits and some
prefer getting it over with at once.
It depends on the case. Are the wisdom teeth giving you trouble
right now, or was the dentist merely giving a preventive suggestion.
Make sure the dentist explains the reason for graft, and what can
happen if it's not done. |

的话，那说明无所谓，那你就选一次好了。bone graft有没有必要哪是旁人说了算的，
晕，都没看过你的x-ray的人说不要做你就不做？如果你怕你的牙医坑你钱的话，带上x
光片，另找一医生做evaluation, 就说是要second opinion。 |

顶端用cleft, 下侧用side veneer是个极佳的做法, 可以增加存活率.

首先, cleft graft网上看到的示范, 几乎都是大砧木正中劈开, 两边插上两个细的多
的接穗. 实际上, 砧木与接穗直径差别不大或相等, 也可以用cleft graft. 劈开点也
不必一定在正中间, 可根据接穗的粗细, 把劈开点往旁边移. 其次, 由於春天来临, 相
信砧木树皮很好剥, 所以也建议bark grafting.
如果砧木与接穗的粗细一祥, 我建议用whip and tongue grafting, 它虽然比whip
graft稍微复杂一些, 但接面更广成功率更高, 接点也更强壮.
Side grafting多用来接到砧木中间, 我怕你困扰, 所以没建议. 它是可接到砧木顶端
的, 那就与切接有点类似.
不管是用那一种嫁接方法, 都是可以的, 最重要的是接穗削面平整, 形成层对准, 及接
穗的保湿. 你可以选用你觉得最了解最有心得的嫁接方法.
嫁接点可用胶带或塑料条绑紧. 至於整个接穗的保湿, 若没有parafilm, 也可用保鲜膜

梨树枝接一般是用bench grafting (or whip grafting, 床接），接穗和砧木最好直径
一致，铅笔粗细，冬眠期进行，愈合快，结合牢固。腹接当然也可以，好处是不用把砧
木枝剪掉，失败了可以再来，现在也正是时候。枝腹接（side grafting）和芽腹接（
chip grafting）都可以，前者的砧木要比后者粗些。你的树比较小，chip grafting可
能比较好，对砧木损伤小，失败了也不心疼。 |

monomer的良溶剂里面，用超声波超几分钟，吹干了换溶剂继续超，搞个三四次就可以
把物理吸附的去掉了
如果不放心，可以考虑用ellipsometer测膜厚，如果膜厚没变化了，物理吸附的肯定除
掉了
不知道你做surface grafting的时候加不加free initiator，很多group都证明了表面
聚合和溶液聚合得到的polymer差不多一样的，可以预见在表面上也将会共聚，但实验
结果才能说明问题，建议你在做surface grafting的时候在溶液里加free initiator，
如果表征的结果表面上没有惰性单体共聚的发生，将会是一个比较好的结果，但个人觉
得这个可能性不大
表面的表征，你可以用FTIR-ATR，做个homo的表面作为参照；其它还可以考虑用AFM，
如果两个polymer的phase image之类的会不一样的话；还可以考虑contact angle，然

上面这个说法与我想到是一致的， 对于小膀胱， 可能有效， 因为lower motor
neuron没有损害， 所以神经与平滑肌的连接相对正常， 重建反射弧后， 没有萎缩的
平滑肌可以继续工作。
对于大膀胱， 因为失去神经支配时间太长， 平滑肌萎缩， 所以即使接上了也不可能
有效。
说一个实际的nerve graft， 如果不幸神经在手术时可能被损伤了， 一般等3-6个月左
右，没有恢复就得考虑神经graft， 等时间长了， 肌肉就萎缩了， graft就没有意义
。 当然如果肯定神经断了，比方说车祸什么的， graft越早越好。 |

如果是考前的牙齿，可能先要做graft，graft还不能保证成功。implent先要等拔完牙
以后伤口愈合，然后打个桩子，等几个月桩子长牢了，再装牙冠。从开始到完成基本要
个半年的时间（不包括graft的时间） |

最想做implant，但是要先做bone graft，还不一定能成功。
另外一个选择是３ unit bridge，但是旁边的牙也不太牢，担心把旁边的牙磨掉一圈，
没几年这三个牙全掉了。
还有就是flexible partial denture。
这个flexible partial denture有没有人做过，会不会影响旁边的牙？
还想知道bone graft 是不是要拔完牙马上做，还是可以先用flexible partial
denture一两年，再去试bone graft 和implant

多人的牙床太薄，这就要先做grafing, grafting很贵，要$3000, 而且还不保证能成功
，不成功就接着grafting.
好的牙医保险会cover一部分，但很多牙医保险基本不cover, 哦，grafting保险一分钱
也不cover.
如果公司有FSA,你可以事先计划好，这样可以offset一些。 |

你用的应该是grafting from的方法吧，如果是silicon wafer，把片子放到polymer和
monomer的良溶剂里面，用超声波超几分钟，吹干了换溶剂继续超，搞个三四次就可以
把物理吸附的去掉了
如果不放心，可以考虑用ellipsometer测膜厚，如果膜厚没变化了，物理吸附的肯定除
掉了
不知道你做surface grafting的时候加不加free initiator，很多group都证明了表面
聚合和溶液聚合得到的polymer差不多一样的，可以预见在表面上也将会共聚，但实验
结果才能说明问题，建议你在做surface grafting的时候在溶液里加free initiator，
如果表征的结果表面上没有惰性单体共聚的发生，将会是一个比较好的结果，但个人觉
得这个可能性不大
表面的表征，你可以用FTIR-ATR，做个homo的表面作为参照；其它还可以考虑用AFM，
如果两个polymer的phase image之类的会不一样的话；还可以 |
