骨量够，那就不需要做graft了，只是牙已经拔了，需要等三四个月牙床长好了才能打
桩，打桩过了三四个月就可以装牙冠了。种牙手术只是微创手术，一个多小时就可以做
完手术，第二天就没事了。lz的情况如果在国内，正好有不错的口腔医院，完全有机会
拔和种同时进行。 |

early 80's，所以就放心让他拔了（两周前），且装了bone graft为未来植牙做准备。
但这两周发现伤口里不断挤出bone graft和小碎牙，甚至有几“粒”小碎牙仍连在牙
床上（自己舌头有感觉）。 问过牙医，牙医说正常。 但今天又有片大约2mm的碎牙“
片”至伤口钻出。 因此有感而发，不知有经验的xdjm们是否认为此牙医并不专业，未
将碎牙清干净？ 此现象正常么？ 或是一开始我就应该找oral surgeon?
此事和拔智齿类似，所以顺便在这儿问一下拔过智齿的xdjm。 |

发帖数: 172 | 13 我的牙周病很严重，好几颗牙齿的POCKET都很深。最近去看了牙周病专家，做了深洗。
几周后再去检查，POCKET变浅了一些。但是有几颗牙，关键是3颗，还是比较糟糕。专
家建议要做GRAFTING的手术，就是把口腔其他部位的BONE移植到需要的地方。今天去做
了咨询，结果他告诉我，有3颗牙，就是那几颗很糟糕的，在手术中很可能不保，在除
去周围的纤维组织以后，很可能会掉下来，以后还要进行植牙。我一下蒙了。虽然那三
颗牙很糟糕，但是现在还可以用啊，动了手术反倒要失去它们？可牙医和我讲，这个手
术对缓解严重的牙周病很必要。
这个手术将会用完我今年所有牙齿保险的金额，自己还要掏1700刀，除了GRAFTING，还
包括去除两颗没有长出来的智齿。钱倒是其次，我自己觉得失去那三颗牙让我对这个手
术很迟疑。
大家有此经验吗？给点建议吧。谢谢！ |

发帖数: 234 | 14 前几天做了个牙龈手术。账单上有D4263 (bone replace graft) 和D4265 (Biolog.
materials aid in tiss reg)两项。手术前医生的好像说的是D4263和D4265是二选一的
方案。 保险公司报了D4263 80% 但不负担D4265。我查了一下，D4263,D4264,D4265在
Dental code 里都是列在bone replacement grafts 一项里面的。应该是治疗同一种病
的3种不同方法。而不是同时用在一个病例上。 我觉得是账单搞错了。请问哪位高手能
解释一下。

prescription rinse, not chewing using the area)?
2. It's possible for bone grafts to fail, and it may be impossible to tell
beforehand. If you doubt the dentist, get a second opinion though.
3. Look into other options. Check that there is still enough bone for
implants without successful grafting. The alternative would be denture or

importmant. I will do another x ray half year later to see the structure of

我父亲的搭桥手术应该是做了4个graft。因为他的三个冠状动脉均有不同程度的堵塞。
这样是不是就是说如果有再堵塞，应该是在graft上？3个月前刚做的手术，难道这么快
就可能再堵上？这也太可怕了。老爸都70左右的老人了，如果真是再堵上了，是不是没
办法再做大手术了，太折腾了。。。 |

$450， implant: $1850, crown: $1399. 但在submit claim的时候却给insurance每
项多要$300左右。 例如bone graft: $750. Crown: $1700. 在给我们statement的时
候却只报给我们那个低的charge. 每次去都先让我们付费，否则不给看。有一次交了钱
，但没有给做完，说时间不够了，所以在我们account一直还留有credit.
请问他们这样故意多charge保险公司钱是不是fraud？ 另外大家做dental implant大概
总共都多少钱啊？ |

牙冠大约$3-4千，但如果牙齿丢失时间长需要bone graft 就又贵了，看你植什么样的
骨，一般是你自己的，再加上麻醉呀注入什么什么东西的又是$1-2.5千，你要问你的保
险是不是包植牙，有的只管做bridge,不管implant,另外麻醉和bone graft 你要问问你
的heslth insurance管不管。 |

发帖数: 7923 | 31 常绿树嫁接的成功率较低, 是因为接穗与砧木一直都在"活"的状态中, 一直需要水分养
分的供应, 常在生长层(cambium)接合前, 接穗就已干死. 所以生长层的密接与接穗的
保湿是要点. 我的四合一Bench Graft 及Cleft Graft都有. 当然Chip Budding 或 T
Budding也是好方法.
至於Pluot, 由於我有4种, 寄去的有一种是Flavor Queen, 另一种好像是Flavor
Grenade, 不确定了. 你的是什么品种? |

可以把豆梨拦腰截断後, 在其上直接用Bark grafting或Cleft grafting嫁接亚洲梨,

你这4合1, 看起来很大很值得, 但内行人一看就知道, 极大比例都是要剪掉的, 因为4
个嫁接枝的平衡不好.
树刚栽下去，不但可以修剪, 修剪反而更可以帮助树的存活. 实际上, 不管光脚或盆树
移种, 定枝修剪常是树种好後马上进行的事.
所谓”以最弱枝的高度为准，把别的枝都剪回到那个高度去”, 道理大致是对, 但不适
合你这树的状况.
强枝只留2,3个芽点高度的修剪太过激进, 也不适合新手. 建议把深绿条与蓝条的所有
枝, 剪掉三分之二.
至於两个弱枝, 听我的建议没错, 从尖端各剪一小段(两三个芽点)下來当接穗, 並将它
们分別嫁接到那剪短後的, 深绿条三个枝中的两个较小枝条尖端.
这样做有几个好处, 首先, 弱枝去顶会刺激多长分枝, 分枝多树叶多, 光合作用強, 有
助於弱枝茁壮. 其次, 顶端优势位置, 多了两个品种, 变成4个品种都在好位置上平衡
生长.
落叶树的嫁接, 一点都不难, 就算没成功, 也沒损失. 建议用cleft grafting或bark
grafting. 网上教程很多, 多看几个就会了解. |

接穗和砧木直径相差都挺大的呀？我那几个强弱枝虽然直径不等，但是差别也没到教程
里这两种接法那么大啊？为啥不推荐whip或者side grafting呢？多谢多谢！

发帖数: 533 | 50 你的样品大么？我在一些文章上读过，grafting 一个polymer brush系统 然后要表征
这个薄膜的厚度 这种情况下面一般wafer不大 放到这个索氏提取器里面 回流
overnight 然后基本上就能除去大部分的未graft的polymer 具体可以查查Sergy Minko
，Clarkson U的一些文章
还有就是ultrasonic，用monomer良溶剂然后超声一段时间 monitor膜厚 如果不变了基
本上洗干净了 这个的不好的地方就是条件稍稍强烈了点，说不准polymer有没有同时被
洗掉，所以如果你的polymer和substrate结合的不是那么稳定 还是第一个方法比较保险 |
