graduate ,作为New Yorker 常驻中国的记者2005-2013 在中国做了8年的采访。书中
有作者本人对国内多个有影响人物的多次采访， 包括林毅夫、胡舒立、Han han, Love
wei wei 等。 有的书评说本书是近年从西方角度对中国最全面和生动的报道，本书也

可见他对吃人这个话题耿耿于怀，难以摆脱。这暗示他写《Life of Pi》的真实意图

如果接受器官移植的人用药导致不排斥异体器官,也就会同样的允许了可能不小心移植

角膜没有血管,但周围的边缘limbus是可能出现转移的癌症的.而手术中不太可能保证一
个潜在肿瘤细胞的污染都没有吧.

也发生过癌症患者去世后捐献角膜,后来病理检查剩余组织发现有癌变,导致接受角膜移

膀胱排尿是一个复杂的过程， 膀胱逼尿肌与膀胱括约肌协调才能形成有效排尿。 如果
括约肌不能正常扩张， 尿就储留， 形成大膀胱，最终压力大了， 加上腹压， 就会漏
尿。 相反， 如果膀胱逼尿肌过度兴奋，膀胱括约肌相对较弱， 尿就会不断的漏出，
这个叫小膀胱。
肖的手术主要是针对大膀胱，通过体神经的刺激， 诱发副交感神经的冲动， 而导致膀
胱逼尿肌收缩， 内膀胱括约肌扩张， 从而形成排尿。
从LZ贴出的文章看， 这个体神经与植物神经的graft是可以工作的， 这才是最最重要
的。
至于foot drop的手术并发症，就太常见了， 上个星期一个NSG跟我说， 打开脊髓腔看
一下， 都可以造成脊髓损伤。 但benefit/risk ratio应该不能作为攻击这个手术的依
据吧？ |

xiao's procedure如果没有争议， 肯定已经成为standard of care； 同样， 如果无
效，就不会再是争议。 我以前说过， 这个手术需要更好的研究， 选取合适的手术对
象， 膀胱电生理都要跟上。 美国人做nerve graft要做多少术前准备？ 成功率也不见
得高。 肖完全是凭经验在做， 在西医严谨的认证面前肯定会有尴尬之处， 但是， 美
国人买肖的帐，有多少中国制造在美国医学界能引起这样的关注？ 你知道当年中国重
返WHO的医学论文可是全军覆没的。
尿失禁等原因实在是太复杂， 很多临床医生也未必懂多少。 肖需要搞清楚什么情况手
术可以成功， 而其他情况不要碰， 这样他的手术成功率会高很多。
我觉得大家应该客观的看待这个手术， 支持创新，反对起哄。 |

哈佛和Mayo Clinic（美国最有名的诊所之一）联合实施的。2006年他们在美国著名的

我时不时来生物版看看，因为我来北美也做了10年的科研，我自己觉得我有兴趣但
没有大的出路，也不是我和我的家庭的晚年的理想归途。于是，我40岁开始做跳槽
努力，虽然勉强过了USMLE，混进了住院，但我尽了最大努力做好，近50岁时从新开
始当医生。至少，我和我家人不再为养老发愁了，这里就不说那些悬壶济世治病救
人的高尚话语了。
我就不明白，要是真对科学感兴趣，愿意献身，老哭诉什么？如果不甘心，不请愿，
那这个自由世界有得是机会，你自己去努力总有可能改变自己不满意的现状的。即
使最差，你总是去努力过了。
人家老墨干餐馆、加油站，清洁工，也嗨皮得很，更有俺翻译的这个故事的精英。
而在这个各个牛B哄哄的大陆精英版里，看到的就是鬼哭狼嚎抱怨不休。俺来几次贴
点鼓励和建议的帖，总有那几个牛B到连俺的帖子的目的都看不懂，愣要说俺来显摆
暴发户的。
靠，就尔 等这水平，估计也就配在LAB里哭鼻子牢骚养耗子跑PCR了。
俺从来都是真人上网，当个普普通通的病理医生很满足，但我深知作为出来的学医
