医生说手术很成功。手术当晚从全麻醒过来，说话很清楚。但是第二天早上开始语无伦
次，然后就彻底不说话了，一碰她就啊啊叫。她好像也不大认人了。CT检查脑部没有血
栓。请问有没有专家帮忙看看有可能是什么原因造成的？ |

ordered. However, if it is due to some sort of ischemic event (loss of
blood supply), CT may not show initially. Delirium is also a possibility
after big operation. All these things, I am sure her doctor is carefully
evaluating at this point. |

刚透析了一次，稍有好转。昨天不吃饭不喝水，今天愿意喝水了。但是还是不说话，不
认人。另外也在输血红蛋白。请问还可以做什么来帮助诊断和治疗吗？

做一次CT。我们会向医生要求做MRI。

不治疗自己会好吗？
