infection rate in China is very high because of the bad habit (sharing food,
serving utensils etc.) you will get it again easily if you continue with
these habits.

indirect evidence showing its transmission is closely related to bad hygiene
/sanitation habits.
in the 80s, the government advocated the use of 公筷. however, after 89, the
government changed tone saying the sharing of food, serving utensils and
etc was a part of the culture. some "experts" cited the lack of direct
evidence of H Pylori oral-oral route transmission in support of the "culture
" argument. what the hell.
