Partially enhancing lesion is present in the inferior right lobe of
liver measuring 2.2-cm possibly hemangioma.
我的primer doctor从来没有告诉过我，也没有跟我讨论过任何关于CT的结果。 在这点
上，我非常气氛。 从去年5月份CT到现在已经大半年了。 要是我不问，没有人告诉我
。 请问这是我primer doctor医生的失职吗？我是否可以投诉。
现在这个CT只是possibly hemangioma。 现在primer doctor说的也是likely a bening
finding。 这让我更恐慌了。我该怎么确诊呢？我现在预约了医生但是都很晚。
现在只是希望最好的结果就是hemangioma了。 |

发帖数: 3726 | 2 sometimes primary doctor will tell you, sometimes they dont, although they
should. CT scan with contrast is the definite diagnosis. No need to do
biopsy. |

只要不是肝癌就可以了。唉。真是脆弱啊。 |

发帖数: 3726 | 4 I definitely understand your anxiety. As long as you did CT with contrast
instead of just a regular CT, its pretty diagnostic. Obviously the report
will only say possibly or most likely, will not say definitely. Especially
if you have no risk factors like HBV/HCV, no other symptoms, no family
history of cancer, then don't worry too much. Just follow up ultrasound or
ct scan to make sure it doesn't expand. |

发帖数: 411 | 6 Well, to make definitive imaging diagnosis of hemangioma, you need to have a
two oe three phase scan, with images acquired during arterial, venous and
possibly delayed phases. your ct scan is most likely single phase, that's
they called it possible hemangioma. |
