eviction to terminate the current lease. Otherwise, you need to open a
seperate bank acct as a escrow to hold your rent. At the same time, you
give your landlord a notice that your rent is paid to your escrow acct which
will be used for AC repair; or the rent will release back to the landlord
when AC repair is done.
You can not stop paying rent if you do not intend to move out. It's your
responsibility to pay rent no matter what.

不能用，二氧化碳太多，会影响呼吸，去退也不给退，这几天被热的脑子也不好使了

这种情况，你跟公寓管理人员先沟通一下，你的unit已经不适合居住，如果他们不能给
你调换个unit，你就要搬出去。
押金肯定是要退给你，这个月的房租也不用交了。
laoshi说的更准确些，但写信的目的是让房东赶紧修空调，而不是不付房租

这边city的人协商，最后还是没解决，后来我买了个小空调自己解决，今年初搬出来了
。 建议楼主一面跟他们沟通，一面想办法自己解决问题，千万别把一家人身体托坏了
。 我家还有个小空调闲置着，如果用得着你过来拉回去先用着，最近这温度太恐怖了

公寓那些人被我催烦了，现在开始对付我
我买的东西，寄到家里，刚好家里没人，我老婆后来又去取，这回公寓管理员不让我老
婆取包裹了，非要我去签名，以前都我老婆帮取的，这回他们记得我了，故意刁难
