3) Market shares for high-tech and key technologies for any Foreign private,
or public companies.
If the foreign companies or corporations want to enter the Chinese market,
they have to bring in the key technologies. The foreign companies or
corporations must be blocked to enter the Chinese Market before the Chinese
has the similar, equally competitive companies or corporations
4) The industries that destroy the environment, such as rare earth elements,
must be protected for the safety for the nation and preservation for long-
term national use. The foreign companies and corporation must pay 1000
fold taxes for a) environment protection, b) preservation for long-term
availability, and c)must not be used for military equipments--- must
restrict any potential military use (which is a potential threat to world
