How We Met
Tadd was a student at the Army's Maneuver Captain's Career Course at Ft.
Benning, in Columbus, GA. Sarah was working at her first position as a PA
in Columbus.
Tadd and his classmates had a friend who was an international student from
Taiwan, and one night they decided that they wanted to take him out and show
him a good time in the American South. They took him to a local watering
hole, and, being good military buddies, they walked around the place looking
for cute girls to dance with him.
One of the girls that Tadd found that evening caught his eye, and a few
phone calls, dates, trips to Alaska, and moves later he asked her to be his
wife.
So yes, for those of you struggling with interpreting this, they met at a
bar.
The future bride and groom would like to thank the Army of Taiwan for
sending Yung Shin Cho to the US Army's Maneuver Captains Career Course, and
the owners and staff of Maple Mart Bar for running such an awesome place to
hang out on Wednesday nights. |
