The owner got to preserve his house.
The city will build external walls for him, and made his house a single
family.
His house will be completely surrounded by a big lawn.
That will be a dream house for anyone.
In the US, many families chose to stay when the government set up new
national parks.
You can see those private houses in most national parks.
