which means they convert 97% of the gas they consume into heat.
Cons of gas furnaces
Not as energy efficient as heat pumps. However, gas costs much less than
electricity, so a new furnace can still save you money.

各种用电取暖为主的housing unit占1/3,用管道气的占一半,液化气5%,少量用油和木头.
00年以后建的房子用热泵的占15%,用电的比用气的略多.
