The U.S. will fully lift the decadeslong ban on sales of lethal arms to
Vietnam, President Barack Obama announced, saying this will end a "lingering
vestige of the Cold War" and pave the way for more-normal relations between
the two countries.
Mr. Obama said sales will still have to meet certain requirements, including

发帖数: 4968 | 5 越南经济就算发展的再好，规模就那么小，靠外来加工顶多就一个大号的东莞。美国的
东西又贵的没边，能买多少？这其实就是象征意义。最怕的是越南让美国在本土建基地
，雷达，甚至导弹。不过这个几率极低。 | P*A
