miles above the US admin in awareness and all-round smarts and statesmanship
. The same can be said of Xi Jinping except that Jinping isn't into
trolling. But that's just part of the Chinese "thick face, black heart"
philosophy (never let the other guy know what you're thinking). Inwardly
Jinping is probably cracking a rib in laughter at what his friend Putin just
did. And so are we in the west. Classic Russian humor.
