More on that report from Reuters of China customs' clearing delays -- some
major Chinese ports have delayed clearing goods from the U.S., Reuters
reports, citing four unidentified sources, according to a summary by my
colleague, Bloomberg's Jim Jia.
Some customs departments were waiting until they had received official
guidance from the central government on imposing hefty import tariffs on
hundreds of products
China’s General Administration of Customs didn’t comment on the delays,
said it will implement the tariffs as announced on Thursday, according to
Reuters |

感觉非常被动，说跟也是因为记者问了时差问题才改的，单子也是六月仓促写出来的，
不像美国的$50B经过了几个月的议论程序，中国的估计都不是真单子，现在要认真细化
一下。
tg应该是几个月都没有当真，一直到最近还没有当真。 |
