I had a 2013 that went through three clutch packs, the dealer told me to get
a lawyer and start a lemon law suit. I went to the BBB and started a case
which Ford fought but I won, they bought the car back after three years of
use and pro rated about 20,000 miles, the mileage at which I first reported
the problem. I have to say, I really liked the car and would probably still
be driving it if not for the transmission issue, it averaged 33 mpg mixed
use and was comfortable and easy to drive. I've always been a Ford man but
the way Ford handled the problem, or more accurately tried not to handle the
problem turned me against the brand. I totally understand a problem like
that can happen, it's how a company reacts to the problem that reveals their
core values, and Ford's are apparently money first customer second. A good
company realizes that if you put the customer first the money will come,
unfortunately such a car company does not exist. |

就算死人，也比当年Ford Pinto一撞就起火把人烧死，要安详多了

坏掉的不比普通变速箱多
2010-2012年的ford focus很多都有这问题，也不是全部都有
但是之后的这问题已经解决掉了 |
