800元水费，事情累计有一段时间了吧，你怎么没有请自来水公司断水呢，我猜九成你
不住在那个房子里，怎么没早点儿应对呢?
那些住在地下室把楼上租给别人的房东，一个月进个几百-1千多点，还要牺牲自己和家
人的隐私。。。不得已吧。

person, which takes time. I would rather hire someone to represent me in
court. The tenants intentionally avoid paying the water bills and now the
city just told me the account is delinquent.
Not about the money, just don't want to let them get away while they
laughing. |

Conciliation Court maybe a better route for you, b/c it’s a small claim
From my personal experience, you may want to use a property management
company in the future to avoid dealing with these troublesome tenants.
